To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

When using our API, you must:

ColorGenius retains ownership of our platform, technology, and trademarks. You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. Colors generated through our platform can be used freely for any purpose.

For paid plans:

• • Fees are charged in advance
• • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that our platform will meet all your requirements. You use our services at your own risk.

ColorGenius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
